Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities;
• Reconcile daily sales and purchases
• Keep a clear stock system, what is sold and what is in stock using the tally system
• Previous knowledge in ledgers, credit and debit accounts.
• Supposed to submit weekly reports of stock movement, purchases, and sales to the auditor
• Bi-monthly on-the-ground stock takes and reports the physical stock bi-monthly to the auditor and management.
Requirements:
• Must have full knowledge of accounting and tally accounting system
• Previous knowledge of stock control systems will be an added advantage
