MAIN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Conduct
outreach and promotion activities among the target clients within the
operational areas
2.
Conduct
initial assessment of groups and individual eligibility
3.
To
assist the information and registration of groups
4.
To
monitor and support group activities.
5.
To
facilitate and monitor the MSCA lending process by ensuring training,
assessment insurance and recovery of loans as per prevailing lending policy.
6. Recovery duties
7. Any other lawful duty as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum
required qualifications
-
KCSE C plain
-
Diploma in business administration/Management/co-operative
management or business-related course.
-
Diploma in Community
development is an added advantage.
-
Must have driving skills (Motorbike
driving with valid license)

Demonstrate aptitude for
problem solving.

At least 2 years relevant
experience
-
Must be result oriented and able
to work both independently and within a team environment.

Must possess excellent verbal
and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft
office application.

Highly energetic with positive
attitude

High degree of integrity and
dependability.
