- Quotations and administrative follow-ups
- Invoicing and customer follow-ups
- Microsoft Excel and word related tasks
- Ensuring daily office operations are carried out promptly
- Record keeping and filing
- Attending to walk-in customers
Requirements:
- Good in Excel
- Should be a quick learner
- Ability to communicate with people comfortably
- Fluent in English
- Should have some sales experience
- Should have integrity
